                                              (UFC)
                                              Developed by Kaplan, a world leader in
                                              education and test preparation, PLI’s University
                                              Foundation Certificate is designed to help you
                                              achieve success in your university or college
                                              studies. It consists of 2 10-week terms.

                                              Requirements
                                              Students who wish to enroll in our University Foundation
                                              Certificate must have obtained a high school diploma prior to
                                              beginning their studies at PLI and must reach PLI level Higher
                                              Intermediate or TOEFL iBT 47 or IELTS 5.0.

                                              Length of Program and Start Dates
                                              PLI’s University Foundation Certificate is 20 weeks long;
                                              however some students’ program length will vary because
                                              they may need additional English study before entering PLI’s
                                              University Foundation Certificate.

                                    Super-Intensive English


                                    Class Content
                                    We use targeted techniques and learning activities to improve
                                    your communication skills. In your classes, you can expect the
                                    following:

                                    • Small group activities
                                    • Role-playing and problem solving
                                    • Challenging exercises
                                    • Stimulating discussions and debates
                                    • Presentations
                                    • Learner training

                                    Schedule
                                    On the first day of class, all students take a pre-test
                                    and have an interview with one of the teachers to
                                    determine their English level.
