6.2 Vendor Presentation Agenda
The Vendor Presentation Agenda is a formal letter to the vendor outlining the topics that your
organization would like covered during their software presentation. Most of the items listed
should just be a repeat of what was listed in the RFP in Step 1 of this stage. Ensure that you state
in no uncertain terms that deviation from the agenda will not be tolerated.
Modify or Delete all information colored BLUE. Be sure to change all text to BLACK before
printing or sending.
In you’re opening paragraph, explain that you would like a presentation of their product, but that
you require a specific agenda.

Include a detailed list of the Business and System Requirements. Ask the vendor to explain how
their software will meet each of these requirements. Typically, you should list your Top 10
Requirements, and Critical Features from the “3.5 Requirements Checklist” in the form of a list,
include a further description for each, and ask the vendor to describe how they will fulfill each
