based on the solution's ability to fulfill that requirement (0 being not available, 10 being excellent). Add a comment for an y option and
requirement as needed.

Weighted Top 10 Requirements: This is the score for each option for the Top 10 Requirements Category.

1a Score This is the weighted score for 1a. Assign a percentage value to the importance of Top 10 Requirements in relation to Category 1
overall (so that 1a + 1b = 100%).

Overall Comments: Add any comments about the Top 10 Requirements for each Option.

Category 1b
Critical Features: enter the Critical Requirements that are important for your organization. If you have more critical features than are

how well each solution supports the requirement. The "Critical Features" row will tally the score for each option.

1b Score This is the weighted score for 1b. Assign a percentage value to the importance of Critical Features in relation to Category 1

Total Requirements: This number is calculated by adding the "1a Weight" to the "1b Weight".

Requirements Importance: Assign a percentage value to the importance of Requirements in your evaluation. This number, plus "Cost
Importance", "Risk Importance", and "Intangibles Importance" must equal 100%. The Total score of Category 1 is tallied here.

Category 2
Project Cost: Enter all of the costs associated with each option. If you require different categories than those listed here, change or ins ert
rows as needed. Some options will have different costs associated with them, so ensure that you include them all in the "Proj ect Cost"

Total Project Cost: This is the sum of all of the costs for each option.

Budget: Enter the estimated or desired budget cap for this project. Each Option will be scored using the formula (Budget - Total Project
Cost)/Budget.

"Risk Importance", and "Intangibles Importance" must equal 100%. The Total score of Category 2 is tallied here.
