In a bidding process which adheres to strict deadlines, recording and time stamping the receipt of proposals is essential in order to maintain fairness

and to keep track of vendor proposals. Use this tool to track received proposals for competitive RFPs by completing the Proposal tab for each RFP

issued. For each new RFP create a copy of the RFP tab, and update the status of the bid on the RFP Summary Tab.
