At Thermo Environmental Instruments: Generated a 40% manufacturing foot print reduction and a 50%
increase in productivity by spearheading Lean Manufacturing for this provider of systems integration,
automation software, and on site services to pulp, paper, and utility industry.
At Andersen Instruments: Dramatically improved manufacturing productivity and efficiency by implementing
Lean Manufacturing techniques, cutting the work force 20%, reducing the factory floor “foot print” 50%, and
reducing space used 16% through the successful renegotiation of the lease.
Delivered $8M in new revenue by successfully negotiating, closing and integrating the acquisition of a
strategically desirable product line from Invensys in the face of a corporate restructuring, economic recession
and a moratorium on acquisitions.

Held full authority for the P&L of this organization with 125 employees and $32M in revenues at the time. Guided all
aspects of R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing while spearheading the successful integration of acquired
