Henry's contribution to Surf windy with large Lifesaving as a Trainer, Assessor and Facilitator, choppy seas. Very SLSNSW Craft Adviser and SLSA Education Panel large long period representative was recognised last weekend at swell. Winds E 23 to Scarborough WA at the Australian Titles. Henry 32 knots. Seas ENE was awarded the prestigious award of SLSA 18' at 11 secs. ASSESSOR OF THE YEAR FOR 2009. Henry has assisted Branches throughout NSW in education and lifesaving. Well done Henry. NOTICES: Hunter Surf Lifesaving is holding a presentation for the - "Newcastle Permanent Surf Series" and get together for Carnival Officials at Nobbys SLSC 2nd April 2009, commencing at 6pm. The presentation of cheques to winners will be made. Clubs are reminded that if they participate in any event outside of Surf Lifesaving, Water safety, people power etc you must lodge a Special Event Form to cover your members with Insurance. These can be downloaded from our website MEMBERS - Downloadable Forms JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT: Youth Development Camp: Congratulations to all the Rookies who attended the Youth Development Camp and Rookie Challenge Day, all Rookies had a fantastic day. Many thanks to Fingal SLSC for their help and to all the Team Leaders and volunteers for the day a huge Thank you. SENIOR FIRST AID: Next Senior First Aid Course is to be held on the 7th April 2009 at Redhead conducted by Scott & Sheree Young. If your Club has sufficient numbers to complete a Senior First Aid Course/Refresher this can be arranged to be done at your Club.
