Fellowship One Cheat Sheet #4 How to print mailing labels
To print off labels for a mailing, first follow the instructions for finding everyone in your worship center (see Cheat Sheet #1). Once you have that list of people on your screen select them all by clicking the check box at the top of the list. Then, scroll down to the bottom and click "Actions". Then select "Export", and then "Export to labels". Choose the label style (Default Avery 5160 will work for 30 labels to a page). Click "export to labels" Wait for 30‐90 seconds for the request to be processed. Click "download your labels". Once your labels have been downloaded to your computer, insert labels into your printer and print! NOTE: If you will want to use that set of labels again, be sure to save the downloaded file to your computer. Otherwise when you close it the file will disappear.
