RETRIEVING A QUOTE OR BOOKING
1. Click on the BOOKINGS tab. 2. Retrieve an existing quote or booking by entering your: • Quote or Booking Number (Adventure World booking reference) • Passenger Name • Departure Date • List all quotes / bookings by payment details. 3. Click GO. MyWay Tip: Refer to Booking Status (top right of screen) to note whether your file is a quote or a booking. Password___________________ ENQUIRY FUNCTIONS When you have retrieved a quote or booking you will see a panel on the left of your screen listing functions that relate to the specific quote or booking that you have retrieved. Details: Finance: Itinerary: Modifications: Book: Notes: Messages: Displays an itinerary with itemised pricing. Lists gross, commissions and nett prices. Printable brief itinerary. Add or remove components as required. Convert a quote to a booking. View or add booking notes for your own use. Note: Booking notes are not actioned. Queue a message or request to the HELPDESK for us to action. Note: The message will specifically relate to the quote or booking you are in. Save as a quote or save changes to file. Record the CalypsoNet file reference created. Ignore changes, or discard quote (nothing will be saved).

CREATE A QUOTE OR BOOKING
PACKAGE BOOKING (Land Only)
Use for quoting/booking multi region cities and package tours from a specific Adventure World brochure/destination. This option follows a question and answer programme to guide you through the quoting/booking process. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Click on BOOKINGS tab. Select Package Booking. Enter Departure City. Enter Departure Date or use the Calender. To display a list of Package Codes. Click on Flight Mode – Do not use. Enter number of Rooms / Adults / Children. Click on CONTINUE = More Information Follow the question/answer process using BACK and CONTINUE as required. TO SAVE details 1. To Save as a Quote. Click on SAVE. 2. To Save as a Booking. Click on BOOK. An Adventure World File Reference will be allocated at the top of the screen.
BUILD YOUR OWN (Land Only)
Use for Land Only hotels, transfers and sightseeing options in the one region. This option allows you to create a quote or booking by building individual products and services component by component. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Click on BOOKINGS tab. Select Build Your Own Itinerary (Land Only). Enter date or use the Calender. Select Product Range. Click on Select Product Type from drop down menu (eg Hotel, Transfer etc). Enter City Code or Search using Enter number of Rooms / Adults / Children. Click on SEARCH.
MyWay Tip: Products will display in price order with allotment (Available) products displayed first. 9. Select hotel. Click on Icon and tick the beside required room grade.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT quote any prices from here as this price may not include any additional pricing eg. breakfasts, etc. 10. Click on SELECT at the bottom of the page. 11. Select Check-in and Check-out dates. MyWay Tips: Guaranteed Early Check-in / Late Check-out Option: Use the drop down arrows to select a Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check out if required. Meals Option: Use the drop down arrows and select if applicable. Note: Meal prices are non-commissionable and can be found under information. 12. Click the ADD button. 13. Click on COMPLETE or to continue building an itinerary, repeat steps 3-8. To SAVE details 1. To Save as a Quote. Click on SAVE. 2. To Save as a Booking. Click on BOOK. An Adventure World File Reference will be allocated at the top of the screen.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
1. 2. Retrieve an existing file OR create a new quote. From the SUMMARY Screen under Itinerary listing the quote components, select the component you require Product Information for and click the info button on the right margin. This will give you in depth information on the specific service requested e.g. Hotel facilities, bedding configuration, sightseeing inclusions and cancellation policies.
