How to place an order with Hewlett Packard
You have 2 options when placing an order. Option One: You can place your order online via HP online order tool OLS. If you need assistance with OLS please contact HP SLMS Operations on 1300 364 343. The web site address is: http://h40095.www4.hp.com/ols/english/ You will require a login ID and password. If you do not have this password please email au_software_admin@hp.com and we will be happy to email it to you. If you are not currently registered on OLS we can arrange for your school to be registered within 2 working days. Option Two: Fax your order to 02 9022 6022 – attention HP SLMS Operations, or via email to au_software_admin@hp.com. Please ensure you include products codes on your orders to expedite processing.

Microsoft Volume License Keys (VLK’s)
To install Software: Some of Microsoft products require a Volume license key (VLK) when you are installing software from a Microsoft CD. The DEET Volume License Keys are following. Not all Microsoft Products require this key. To assist you in determining which product requires a key and which key to use please refer to the Microsoft web site for more information. To obtain from Microsoft: To obtain your Volume License Key, call Microsoft on 61 2 9870 2131 and request the code for the particular product required. You will be required to supply your Microsoft Enrolment number, which is: 2815815. More information about Volume License Keys (VLKs) is available at: http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/resources/vol/ if required. If you have any difficulties using these volume license keys or require further information, please contact Microsoft on 13 20 58 or + 61 2 9870 2131.
