Take note that there are certain features and codes and
restrictions that you are not able to program from your phone.
Some things must by programmed by your installer.
Also—DISCLAIMER: just because the user guide says you
can program or use a certain feature doesn’t mean it will
always work. Your system administrator and your installer will
have set up certain class restrictions to disable or enable
certain features.
System Directory (the bank of system wide speed dial
numbers). There are 1,000 numbers programmable. This
programming is done by the installer or system administrator.
Does your phone ring on incoming calls? (do not confuse this
with your ringer’s volume control). If you need your phone to
ring on incoming calls, check with your system administrator
and have your installer do this programming.
The DATE and TIME on your phone’s display. If the time or
date is wrong, check with your system administrator. The time
and date needs to be programmed at the main programming
phone, or by your installer.
