* Law school tuition is constant all 4 years; Bschool tuition is subject to increase * You may take the following courses in EITHER the law school or Bschool, BUT NOT BOTH: Individual Tax, Corporate Tax, Corporate Finanance * You may NOT take Basic Concepts of Taxation or Advanced. Topics in Tax in Bschool * You may take Real Estate Sales and Commercial Real Estate Finance in the Law School AND Real Estate Management and Finance in the Bschool (the courses aren't duplicative) * If you start your academic career in the law school, you may be inclined to take Evidence during your second Bschool semester. You may not. You must spend your entire 2nd year in the Bschool * After your full year in the Bschool, you are not required to participate in Lead Week simulations/modules, but you may audit with permission from the MBA Director.
