If a member is running Norton internet security.
This is a problem because Norton strips away certain information in the cookie as a person tries to login.
This information is usually what is need to view RFP's and their profiles.

The easiest way to tell if a person has Norton is:
1. Have them delete their cookies, close the browser
2. Have them login again and see if that fixes it
3. If that doesn't work then have them check to see if they are running Norton.
They can do this by looking at the icons next to their clock in the lower right corner.
As they hold their mouse over the icons, the names will be displayed.
If they see Norton internet security, have them double click the icon and turn it off then try step 1 again.

Remember, if you clear your cookies, you will be required to login to the members section when
you return to the site.
