                        Subscriber Agreement/Invoice
     Annual Subscription: Includes: Game Guide, Training Video/DVD, Game questions and
     materials for up to 26 shows. Trivia challenge will also provide 52 sets of Happy Hour
     Trivia game questions. Happy Hour Trivia can be downloaded from the members area every
     Monday of the subscription period.

     Trivia Challenge, LLC., will provide up to 26 sets of games questions and materials for the
     one year period beginning _________ ending __________. The subscriber is responsible
     for downloading questions from the members area of the Trivia Challenge website,
     www.triviachallenge.biz. Subscriber will be provided with a user name and password that
     will allow access to the members area up to 26 times in the contract year. The subscriber is
     responsible for notifying Trivia Challenge, LLC. with game material requests 7 business
     days prior to need. Trivia Challenge game materials and questions are for the use of the
     purchasing club only at the address listed below. Use of Trivia Challenge game
     materials is limited to the subscription period. Subscription is non-transferable and
     non-refundable. All shipping and handling are included in the annual subscription price.
