DIRECTIONS: From Leominster take the A44, then the A4112 Brecon Road west, turning left at the ‘T’
junction near to Eardisley on the A4110 towards Hereford. In the village of Letton turn right after the Swan
Inn, then right at the ‘T’ junction and at the next ‘T’ junction in Bredwardine on to the B4352 towards Hay-
on-Wye. Proceed along this road until you see a turning left onto the B4348 at Hardwicke, the property is
200m up the road on the left hand side.          From Hereford, proceed out of Hereford on the A465 and
immediately after Belmont Abbey take right fork to Clehonger. On leaving Clehonger take the left fork onto
the B4349 and carry on through Vowchurch and Peterchurch to Hardwicke. The property will be found on
the right hand side, approximately 2.5 miles north east of Hay on Wye.
