Fixed Term Contract for Two Years
You will manage all aspects of contract administration and negotiation
with the Regional Development Agency (AWM), the European Regional
Development Fund and Project Partners in respect of the Low Carbon
Vehicle Technology Project (LCVTP), drafting and negotiating agreements
while liaising closely with the Project Director and Project Team. You will
assist with the application of all project contractual obligations, and
proactively liaise with project partners with respect to fulfilling those
obligations. You will contribute to project engagement visits, and project
audit visits carried out by the Agency and the ERDF team and conducted
by the University for individual project partners,
In possession of an honours degree or equivalent you will have well
developed analytical capabilities and be able to interpret complex contract
terms and conditions, advising on their impact effectively and
appropriately. You will be a highly skilled IT user in possession of excellent
presentation and communication skills with the ability to work as both an
effective team member and individually. With meticulous attention to
detail you will also have sound numerical and database calculation skills.
