Table Tent Agreement I, _____________________________, with the department __________________________________ Agree to pay UK Dining Services for the service of advertising in dining locations on campus. I understand and agree to the following stipulations for placing a table top advertisement: Ad deadline is Friday at noon on Tuesday prior to ad being displayed for camera ready art and two weeks prior for art created for an advertiser by the Dining Services’ Marketing Department. Ads will be displayed for one (1) week beginning on Friday and ending the next Friday (unless successive weeks are purchased). Ads will be placed on more than 500 tables across campus. For the Spring 2010 Semester: Ads may be scheduled on or before Monday, January 4, for placement on January 8. UK Dining Services reserves the right to refuse any advertising that does not meet university regulations for content including, but not limited to the use of vulgarity, slang, and inappropriate language or images. Table top advertising will be assigned on a first‐come, first served basis with preference given to UK departments and official UK student organizations. Off‐campus businesses and organizations will be allowed to purchase space that is not committed. Ads will be placed according to size then first‐come, first‐served. Any ad not received by the deadline will forfeit its space or placement. Preference will be given to ads that are on time and ready for layout in a first‐come, first‐serve basis. Advertisers who miss the deadline and lose their space will be given the option to choose an alternate week based on availability in upcoming weeks. In the event an ad is not received by its deadline the advertiser must contact the marketing department by calling 257‐5260 or 257‐6161. If no other advertiser is available to fill the space a one‐hour reprieve may be granted for receipt of the artwork. If the artwork is not received by the reprieve deadline, the advertiser forfeits all monies paid for the advertising. Artwork for ads must be provided camera ready in a photo format. Acceptable file formats include eps, pdf, jpg, and png. Ads using copy only may be submitted using Microsoft Word with the understanding that font substitutions may be made if necessary. NO ARTWORK MAY BE FAXED. Email artwork to SA‐Marketing@lsv.uky.edu with the week it is to run and the name of the department or organization included in the body of the message. Indicate the size of the ad you are purchasing below: Full Panel (8” tall x 3.2” wide) $300 Half Panel (4” tall x 3.2” wide) $150 *student and campus organizations may qualify for a reduced rate of $150 for a full panel, $75 for a half panel.
