     1.   This contract, executed on ___ / ___ / ______, is for the services of Maveric Music at the even described above. If the contract is held beyond 14 days from
          this date, availability and rate must be reconfirmed prior to booking. It is binding and any changes must be in writing. For sound and light purposes, 2
          separate circuits must be available in the room to prevent blown fuses/breakers. For outdoor events, client will provide entertainer a dry, covered area.
          In case of inclement weather, client will provide an alternate indoor location. If an alternate indoor location is not provided, Maveric Music will not
          perform and payment in full is still required.
     2.   A $150 or 50% Deposit (Whichever is more) Reserves your date and is applied to entire contract price and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance is due prior to
          event start. Returned Checks will be charged the maximum amount allowable by law (currently $30.00) and there will be a late payment fee of
          $50.00. Overtime may be available in half hour increments. Cancellation must be done by certified mail and will only be accepted from the person(s)
          who signed the contract. If contract is cancelled 30 days or more prior to scheduled date of event, only the deposit will be forfeit. Cancellation less than
          30 days from date of event will require a total payment of contract price to be paid on or before scheduled event date. Final payment must be made
          by cash, or money order made payable to Maveric Music. A gratuity is always appreciated, but not required. (Industry standard is ten percent of the
          booking for a quality performance).
     3.   This agreement is strictly between the Maveric Music and the client(s). Liability is limited to contract price. Maveric Music shall not be responsible for any
          harm or damage caused to the facility or any person in attendance. Client agrees to repair or replace any of Maveric Musics equipment which is
          damaged at the function by anyone in attendance. In the event it shall become necessary to collect herein described sums, or any form thereof, client
          agrees to pay all costs, including attorneys and any applicable fees. Interest on unpaid balances will accrue at 1.5% per month (on the 15th). The person(s)
          listed and signing for the event agrees to be personally, jointly and severally liable for the terms of the contract. Person(s) signing must be 18 years of age
          or older.
     4.   If a Fog Machine is requested for the event, Client must confirm that the event location allows the use. Some fire suppression systems detect the artificial
          fog as smoke. If this is the case, the fire suppression system will trigger. Maveric Music is not responsible if this situation does occur, and if any damage is
          done to Maveric Music’s equipment, the client will be responsible for the repair or replacement of said equipment.

Enhance that special event with Maveric’s Advanced Light Package. This
lighting package with fog offers a Mirror ball and other mood setting lights that will help
make the event an event to remember! (Fog and Mirror Ball only available if the house allows it)
(Includes 1 Mirror Ball with 2 pin spots and other advanced lighting)

Maveric Singers Karaoke Package:                                                                                                                                                    (MSKP $50) _________
Bring out the entertainer in you and your guests! Karaoke Services with High quality
professional sound and 290,000+ Karaoke songs to choose from, You and your guests
will be the stars of the show! (Includes TV for lyrics, 2 additional wired microphones, and Karaoke supplies)

Maveric Video Projector Package:                                                                                                                                                  (MVPP $100) _________
Your guests will be able to follow along with a big screen projector (up to 104”) and see what your
Singers are seeing! (Must be used indoors or at night, with minimal ambient lighting.)
Also GREAT for DVD Photo Shows during dinner to share memories with your guests!

Mood is everything! Having a great ambiance for diner helps guests
stay relaxed and enjoy themselves even more. Your host can MC the dinner
with announcements and help keep people informed of what is yet to come!

(Up to two hours of background music during diner and use of wireless microphone(s) for announcements, etc.)

Having an event outside of the Twin Cities area? No problem! Our standard area is
HUGE and if you fall out of that area, our additional fees won’t break your budget.
(Standard Service area is 30 miles from Hastings, MN 55033. Any miles above and beyond that distance will be charged at the above rate)
* Latest technology at the time it was purchased. **Digital Music Files are far more reliable than standard CD’s but nothing is 100% guaranteed not to
have problems. We take every precaution to ensure a quality recording is used, unfortunately some troubled songs slip through.
*** Our standard staff for special events includes two entertainers however, we reserve the right to make adjustments as needed for scheduling
conflicts, not limited to additional shows, emergency situations and other situations beyond our control. Prices current as of January 2010
