              1)     Continuation of the May 25, 2004, public hearing on proposed water
                     replenishment assessment for the Lower Whitewater River Subbasin
                     Area of Benefit as authorized by Chapter 7, Sections 31630 through
                     31639 of the State Water Code

              2)    Resolution making findings of fact relevant and material to levy of
                    replenishment assessment pursuant to Section 31630 through 31639 of
                    the State Water Code

              3)    Resolution levying a replenishment assessment for 2004-2005 fiscal year

        B.    Service charges and rate adjustments

              1)    Domestic water service

              2)    Sanitation service

              3)    Irrigation water service

       B.    Award consulting agreement for Mid-Valley In-Lieu Recharge Pipeline Project

       C.    Authorize purchase of tone-activated weather radios with Spanish language
             frequency for distribution to the residents and school in the Oasis area

       D.    Approval of a contract change order to Weka, Inc., to increase monetary
             amount of contract for the Cathedral Canyon/Dinah Shore Drive Interceptor
             Sewer (10-inch) project, Specification No. 2003-58, section 28-4-5

       E.    Sale of land to Cathedral City Redevelopment Agency for a park,
             section 21-4-5

       F.    Authorize payment to the State Water Resources Control board for annual
             groundwater extraction and diversion filing fees
