1.     The teachers listed below, as per waiver requirements from the Commission on
       Teacher Credentialing, are being submitted for Board approval of a CBEST
       waiver. In meeting the student needs of the Coachella Valley Unified School
       District for substitute teachers, it has become necessary that the District apply for
       a CBEST waiver for the following person(s):

      services attending district-wide staff development/training activities from
