UniBond No More Nails
• A high strength adhesive which eliminates the need for nails and screws in many DIY and repair jobs. • Now with a NEW 50% EXTRA GRAB formula, which means it sticks faster than ever before! • Safe and easy to use, the solvent free paste gives excellent grab. • Fills minor gaps in uneven surfaces. • Dries white and is overpaintable. USES No More Nails is ideal for fixing: Skirting boards, dado rails, work tops, architraves, decorative wall panels, plasterboard, carpet and carpet grippers, covings, wood, metal, glass, ceramics, brick, concrete, cork and uPVC. At least one surface must be porous. BEFORE YOU START • Surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from grease and loose material. • Dusty surfaces should be primed with 1 part UniBond PVA diluted with 5 parts water and allowed to dry. IMPORTANT WHEN FIXING HEAVY ITEMS OR TO UNEVEN SURFACES, USE TEMPORARY SUPPORT UNTIL THE ADHESIVE DRIES. SOME SURFACES MAY NOT SUPPORT THE ITEM TO BE FIXED. IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE CONTACT OUR TECHINCAIL SERVICES DEPARTMENT. • No More Nails dries in approximately 24 hours. • Wipe away excess adhesive with a damp cloth before it has dried. • Do not use No More Nails in permanently damp or wet areas. • Not suitable for fixing mirrors.

HOW TO USE Cartridge Packs 1. Remove hanging nozzle. Cut off tip of cartridge above screw thread. Screw nozzle onto cartridge. Cut off tapered end of nozzle to match the required bead width. 2. Fit cartridge into a standard sealant cartridge gun. Gently squeeze trigger to start the flow of adhesive as required. 3. Skirting Boards, Dado Rails, Architraves, Covings and similar items, apply one or two continuous beads to the back of the item and immediately press into place. 4. Work Tops, Wall Panels, Plasterboard and other large items, apply adhesive around the perimeter of the item, approximately 50mm from the edge. For large items apply additional beads at 300mm intervals. Alternatively, apply adhesive directly to wall battens and immediately press the item firmly into place. Fingertip Control Canister 1. Remove protective overcap. 2. Choose desired nozzle to complete task: • 'comb’ effect for larger areas (ready to use). • single bead nozzle for smaller areas (trim to desired size). • Screw securely into place. Protect surrounding areas from accidental spillages. 3. Apply adhesive by pressing tip of applicator to surface (or apply pressure to nozzle with finger). 4. Skirting Boards, Dado Rails, Architraves, Covings and similar items, apply one or two continuous beads to the back of the item and immediately press into place. 5. Work Tops, Wall Panels, Plasterboard and other large items, apply adhesive around the perimeter of the item, approximately 50mm from the edge. IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION SENSIBLE WORKING PRACTICES • Wash hands after use and before meals. • Wash splashes from skin, clothing and other surfaces before the product hardens. • In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. • Keep away from children and animals. • This product should only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. STORAGE • After use clean nozzle and valve with warm water and ensure overcap is securely fastened or red overcap is replaced onto nozzle. • Store upright in a cool dry environment out of direct sunlight. • Protect from frost.
