Tasks and responsibilities:

DHL EECC is looking for a Program Manager to manage, on behalf of the
commercial owner, the most complex Express Logistics solutions for customers on
a day-to-day basis to ensure that performance targets are met. Besides this the
Program Manager is responsible for providing continuous improvement
suggestions to the customers by analysing existing solutions and identifying and
implementing service enhancements on an ongoing basis.

Tasks:

        On behalf of the account owner, manage the customer solution and
         relationship on a day-to-day basis including
             o Day-to-day operational and service related interactions
             o Scheduled on-site meetings and conference calls
             o Issue escalation and resolution
             o Overall cross-functional solution coordination
             o Consultative advisory services
             o Continuous process improvement
             o Quarterly Business Review coordination and management
             o Key Performance Indicator management
        Contribute in the development of an annual account plan (detailing
         current state, direction, after-sales account plan/continuous improvement
         plan, goal and objectives, as well as anticipated future state) +
         coordinate and agree plan with commercial owner and customer
        Provide customer Single Point of Contact for all activity in the after-sales
         environment
        Initiate and manage the development and implementation of customer
         specific enhancements that improve the overall service performance and
         profitability of the customer for DHL, by careful cross-functional
         coordination of activities and resources
        Manage schedules business review meetings and/or conference calls with
         customers to review delivered performance metrics (KPI’s), and initiate
         the development (and drive the implementation) of service improvement
         and/or cost reduction initiatives to meet or exceed the performance
         targets as agreed with the customer
        Act as the customer single point of contact for all after-sales activity for
         assigned customers
        Manage customer expectations to align with DHL capabilities
             o Ensure the timely distribution of integrated performance reports to
                 specific regional/network customers, involved service providers
                 and regional/network management, measure and evaluation the
                 overall performance of all internal partners for a particular
                 customer against pre-agreed performance metrics (KPI’s) through
                 performance reporting
             o Ensure the timely distribution of performance reports to
                 customers, involved service providers and regional/network
                 management
        Identify, register and escalate service performance issues to cross-
         functional partners in order to coordinate resolution of issues within
         agreed timeframes
        Communicate and drive contractual entitlement, Service Level
         Agreements and agreed operating procedures to all stakeholders within
           DHL and the customer organization, as documented in agreed operating
           plans per function
          Own and maintain the solution specific master operating plans, describing
           the detailed components of the solution and ensure the distribution of the
           Master Operating Plans to all users at country level


Profile:

       Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other European language is an

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Regional Business
Controller through the provision of analytical and reporting services and for

                             Junior Billing Analyst


Tasks and responsibilities:

The Junior Billing Analyst will be responsible for billing and data collection for
appr. 10-15 GCS customers. The Junior Billing Analyst will receive data from
providers in an Excel report which (s)he will have to check on correctness
comparing to another source and update accordingly (customer tariffs, customer
requirements,…). Afterwards the information of the Excel report has to be
translated into an invoice for the customer. Before sending the invoice to the
customer, the document will be reviewed by a Senior Logistics Billing Analyst or
Cost Control Supervisor. If the customer has questions about the invoice, the
Junior Billing Analyst will also have to face customer contacts.

                               Pricing Analyst


Tasks and responsibilities:

The Pricing Analyst role is an opportunity to interface with colleagues globally as
well as working across all business units worldwide. The overall roll purpose is to

The Operations Planner has to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer
