How to Send in Air Purifiers, Etc. for Authorized Replacement, Refund, or Repair :
( 1) EcoQuest Customer Department is available 7:00AM to Midnight Eastern time. The Technical and Repair Branch is available from 7:00AM to 5:00PM mon-fri. EST. During any of those hours a personal service agent answers through 1800-989-2299 . There is NO or very little “hold time” if you call between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM Eastern Time : (( 8 -10 PM Central; 7-9 PM Mountain; 6-8 PM Pacific )). ( 2) Simply press the number Three keypad option stated as “machine troubleshooting”. ( 3) Depending on condition(s) described, you will either be sending the product in right away (at half shipping cost) OR first waiting on Return Material Authorization Form and number ( before product exchange ), OR having UPS/FEDX pick the unit(s) up from your location at no extra cost to you as with (4) below . ( 4) If unit is NOT YET under warranty, call 877-567-8827 to receive a pro-rated refund. ( 5) If it is UNDER warranty ( 3 yrs. or less ) there is NO charge for EcoQuest repair & replace. ( 6) If it is OVER warranty, you are given the credit card or pac account sum from EcoQuest to be billed when their inspection and repair is complete. ( 7 ) If receiving an RMA, write that number clearly on all 4 sides of new box(s) and follow simple instruction on parcel form (use original packing or double boxing with sufficient insulation). ( 8) IMPORTANT: If sending from any UPS location; please INSURE UNIT(S) according to postal store scale amount , with the shipment clearly addressed to :
