2. Project summary, motivation and aims.


2a. Project summary.
(Summarize your project in the form of an abstract. Max ½

2b. Describe the group’s reason to apply (motivation).
(The motivation to form a group should, according to the
call for applications, either be subject- or discipline-
specific, or concern itself with academic career development
in terms of transferable and academic skills, or both.The
acquisition of new skills is central. The way in which the
group intends to implement the mentoring aspect of the
project should also be outlined here. This refers to
mentoring within the group (peer aspect) and with the
academic advisors and further relevant adademics (mentoring
aspect). The application’s relevance to the Gender Policy
Code of Conduct of the University of Zurich should also be
reflected here. Max 3 pages.)
