HOW DO I FIND WHERE TO VOTE (MY POLLING PLACE)?
*Look on the sample ballot that will be mailed to you
*Go online www.recorder.pima.gov to polling/voter information
*Call (520)740-4330 and ask where your poll is located
WHAT IDENTIFICATION (ID) DO I NEED?
One of the following IDs with photo, name and address
*Valid Arizona drivers license or non-operating ID
*Tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal ID
*Valid US, state or local government issued ID
OR
Two different IDs without photo, but with name and address
*Utility bill (electric, gas, water, solid waste, sewer, phone, or
cable TV bills that are dated within 90 days of election)
*Bank or credit union statement
*Valid AZ vehicle registration
*Indian Census Card
*Property tax statement of the voter’s residence
*Tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal ID
*Vehicle Insurance card
WHAT DO I DO AT THE POLLS TO VOTE?
*Show your ID and sign the voter roster
*You will be given a ballot
*Vote by marking your ballot correctly
*Take your ballot to the counting machine (opti-scan)
YOU CANNOT BE REFUSED A BALLOT: IF THERE IS A PROBLEM REQUEST A PROVISIONAL BALLOT
