Subscriber sign-up
   instructions
                     Click the Sign up now link near the bottom of the page.




1. Confirm an encrypted security image & provide a valid email address & a password.
   (You’ll use this email address and the password to always sign in with.)
2. Review and accept the Terms of Service
3. Click Create an account.
4. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you used to create the account.
1. I your email account open the email from SchoolMessenger.
2.The email will contain a link to the Subscriber self-signup page & a confirmation code.

1. Use the confirmation code that SchoolMessenger provided.
2. Use the password that you used to create your account
3. Click Submit.
1. You may now select your Notification Preferences
2. Click the Add More button directly under Contact Information




All messages will be sent in English at this time (even if Spanish is selected the message will be sent in English)




1. Only one option can be selected at a time
2. Repeat this process to add each additional notification preference
   (Your account can have up to two phone numbers, SMS text numbers & two email addresses)
1. Phone &/or SMS screen – type phone number & click Next




    After each contact notification is added, you will get an “Activate” instruction screen
    Follow the instructions within 24 hours to avoid having to reenter your preferences!

1. Add a 2nd notification email address if desired
   (different than the email used to create the account)

Notice all account information is pending until the subscriber follows the previous instructions




      This contains the Activation information incase you need to view this information again.




Notice that when all requirements to activate account are complete, the Status will have changed
                                   from “pending” to Active
Select the “Message” tab to view a log of all messages sent to your account




Select the “My Account” tab to change your Account email, password or
permanently close your account to no longer receive Macomb Community College Emergency
Messaging information.
