        Information and Communication Technology
      (ICT) is diffusing its services to diverse domains.

     Medical and Healthcare is intimately associated
                  with human lives.

     So ignoring ICT in medical and healthcare is not
                        affordable.

ICT can be understood only by its uses and applications.
