The principal will present teacher evaluations to the BRLS Board at their
March meeting. Prior to this meeting the principal and teacher will have met
for an evaluation conference. The principal will make recommendations
concerning the rehiring of teachers at this meeting. Teaching contracts will
be approved at the March School Board meeting and issued to teachers in
late March or early April.

In order to plan staffing needs we would like to know if you are willing to
teach in your area again next school year.

Although this is not a binding document it does give the teacher and the
BRLS Board the opportunity to prayerfully make plans and commitments
for the future.

In order to plan staffing needs we would like to know if you are willing to
work in your ministry area again next school year.

Although this is not a binding document it does give the employee and the
BRLS Board the opportunity to prayerfully make plans and commitments
for the future.

If low enrollment or some other reason would mean that we are unable to
rehire any staff person, we would inform that person by the end of the
current school year.

Re: Staffing for the 2006 – 2007 School Year
Date: April 24, 2006

In order to accomplish the Lord’s work in an orderly manner and to begin
planning for the coming school year, it is necessary for the Day School Board and
Principal to ask for your intent for the 2006-2007 school year. We realize that
position changes could occur during the coming months, but it is necessary that
your intent be known to us.

Please check the appropriate space, sign, and date this intent form and return it to
the Principal by Friday, April 28, 2006. If this form is not returned, it will be
assumed that your intent will be to no longer work for Trinity Lutheran School.

_____ It is my intention at the present time to return to Trinity Lutheran School
for
the 2006 – 2007 school year in my present position.

_____ It is my desire at the present time to return to Trinity Lutheran School for
the 2006 – 2007 school year, but in a different classroom.

_____ I do not plan to return to Trinity Lutheran School for the 2006 – 2007
      school year.
(On the reverse side would you please share with us your reasons for not
                                returning.)

Staffing Plans for 2006-07

Plans are well on their way for the next school year. The people who work here are
central to the planning and success of this school. It is important to know of staffing
needs now so adequate preparation can be made for another successful year at Shepherd
of the Desert.

It is very helpful for me to know your plans, your intent for next school year.

This is done with the understanding that plans can change. The school’s needs and plans
may change or your needs and plans may change. Only the Lord knows the future.

Please give serious consideration to whether you intend to return to Shepherd of the
Desert Lutheran School for the next school year.

If so, please sign below with the understanding that this is simply your intent and not part
of a legally binding document. Please return this form to me by Friday, January 27.

If you are NOT sure of your intent, then contact me by Friday, January 27 so we can
discuss your situation.

In Christ,
Principal Paul Brandt
