Official drawings will be released soon. You must provide a quote on the YH America RFQ Form (PUR-FM-0006) if you have
not already done so. Suppliers are expected to quote annual savings of 3% each year once production begins.
We will allocate the production of these components to you provided that you meet our Quality, Delivery, Service, Cost and
Timing requirements. Failure to comply at anytime may result in our decision to re-source these items.
Purchase Orders for Tooling (if applicable), Prototype Samples and PPAP will be issued in accordance with our APQP Process
and Timeline. When the orders are released, the supplier will need to communicate any challenges to meeting due dates and
requirements immediately to the YH America Purchasing Department.
Suppliers are authorized to ship samples to support tooling trials without PPAP approval from your YH America contact in
Supplier Quality. However, all PPAP and samples shipments must be clearly marked with our Special Part Identification Label
(PUR-FM-0016).
Tooling may be invoiced once PPAP submissions have been approved. Payments will be made in accordance with payment
terms found in our Supplier Requirements Manual.
