HOW TO ADD A SIGNATURE LINE TO EMAIL
FOR OUTLOOK EXPRESS
Open Outlook Express At the Top, Click TOOLS, then OPTIONS
Click the SIGNATURES tab in the Options Window
Click “New” on the right Check the “Add Signatures to all outgoing messages” box
Type Text in the Text Box and hit “Apply” – Then Click OK This will put what you typed at the bottom of all your future emails. This is useful for adding your County contact information and a disclaimer. Remember, you are responsible for representing Chatham County - even through email. An example would be: John Q Doe Chatham County Example Department PO Box 123 Pittsboro NC 27312 (919) 542-0000 john.doe@ncmail.net Opinions expressed in this email are my own, and do not necessarily represent those of my employer, Chatham County Government.
