Wait lists will remain open until further notice
Wait lists will open for the following public housing communities only:
Marina Vista, 240 Seavey Circle, Sacramento, 95818
Alder Grove, 816 Revere Street, Sacramento, 95818
Twin Rivers, 321 Eliza Street, Sacramento, 95811
• To apply, applicants must appear in person Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to
5 p.m., or Friday, 8 a.m. to noon, at Marina Vista, Alder Grove or Twin Rivers to
receive an access code. Access codes are required to complete the pre-application
online at www.sacwaitlist.com. Submit an online pre-application from any home or
public access computer.
A public housing wait list will also open for Elderly Only (age 62 and older).
No access code is needed for the Elderly Only wait list.

• Paper pre-applications are not available at any SHRA/Housing Authority locations.
• Paper pre-applications must be submitted via U.S. Postal Service only.
Pre-applications will be processed based on the date and time that the
pre-application is received and the number of bedrooms needed.
Criminal background checks are completed for all adult family members.
The Sacramento City and County Housing Authorities’ Public Housing (Not HCV/Section 8) Program
serves very low income families and individuals.
