1. What are the advantages to mounting my interactive whiteboard? 2. What are the advantages to leaving it portable? 3. Does the interactive whiteboard require special pen(s)? 4. If it does, does that pen require batteries and what is the cost of a replacement pen? 5. If it does, are the pen(s) normally tethered to the board? 6. How extensive is the software that comes with the board in terms of model lesson plans? 7. Are those lessons tied to the Sunshine State Standards? 8. How extensive is the clip art and stock photo collection that comes with the board’s software? 9. Is the software dual platform (Windows and Mac)? 10. Does the software include games? 11. How permeable is the board itself? 12. How comprehensive is the system’s online support, including tutorials? 13. What hours can schools get telephone support and is that line an 800 number? 14. What are the restrictions for loading the interactive whiteboard’s software on various school computers? 15. Does the system support virtual sites where students at another location can synchronously view what is being written on the interactive whiteboard? 16. How easy is it to transfer any parts of the system to other teachers (software, files, and hardware)? 17.
