Just 5 Easy Steps – Check Them Off!
Call and make an appointment with your contact E-mail research consent form and brief online survey to your contact Deliver marketing kit; confirm that your contact has completed the survey Send an “I did it!” e-mail to your academic advisor with the name, e-mail, and phone number of your contact In 6 months, follow-up with your contact and have them take the same online survey
