1. 2. 3. 4. Open Outlook Open the File menu Choose “Import and Export” In the “Import and Export Wizard” dialog box choose “Export to a file” under “Choose an action to perform” and click next
5. In the “Export to a file” dialog box choose “Personal Folder File (.pst)” under “Create a file of type” and click next
6. In the “Export Personal Folders” dialog box click on “Personal Folders” and check the “Include Subfolder” check box and click next. NOTE: If you only want a specific folder, i.e. contacts select that folder. If there any subfolders you wish to include check the “Include Subfolder” check box and click next
7. In the “Export Personal Folders” dialog box choose a location and descriptive filename for the file you are exporting, i.e. c:\username_and_date.pst. Under options select the “Replace Duplicate items with Exported” radio button and click finish. 8. In the “Create Microsoft Personal Folders” dialog box select the “no Encryption” option under “Encryption Setting”.
