While there have been some challenges along the way, it has also been an extremely rewarding experience and I am so honored to serve our members as we move into the next century. I want to thank the Board and the members for their confidence in my abilities as we transition to a new chapter in the Madison Club history. I would also like to take this time to thank the outstanding team of employees working with me every day to provide the service that creates The Madison Club Experience. This extremely dedicated team works together in honoring the traditions that make our club so unique and successful. They constantly think outside the box to make the Madison Club a step above the competition and they are committed to each and every one of you. I am proud of the entire staff and I am also excited to announce several new promotions within our management team. Our talented Executive Chef, Daniel Fox, has now taken on more responsibility in his dual role as Assistant General Manager. And, as a healthy membership is the lifeblood of every private club, I can't think of a better person to entrust the position of Membership Director than Krista Laubmeier, who will also continue to guide our marketing efforts for the Club. Our new Operations Manager is Justin Duris, who will proceed to assist in banquets and staff training, but will be focusing more of his attention on keeping our nearly one hundred year old building maintained and running smoothly. And lastly, Marius Montvydas, our very hardworking Banquet Captain, has now been appointed to Banquet Manager and will be overseeing the execution of your private meetings and parties and ensuring they run perfectly and to plan. As we look to the future I promise we will continue to look at ways to improve the club in all areas. We will deliver the finest food, pour the finest wines, and we will provide our members with social events where they can reminisce with old friends and pursue new endeavors with new friends. My door is always open and my ear is always yours. Please let me know if there is any way in which we can enhance your club experience and thank you for allowing me the opportunity to do so.
