Our own classic Navajo crab of sauteed jumbo lump crab in a cilantro butter served over a crispy native
                                         American fry bread

                                Crab-stuffed crispy calamari with a tomato bearnaise

                     Tempura battered shrimp, Pacific skate wing and cremini mushrooms
                                        tossed in a spicy remoulade

                     Baked champagne pomegranate hollandaise topped Malpeque oysters,
                                       served with American caviar

 House salad of mixed lettuces, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and onions with your choice of dressing

      Our signature salad of mixed lettuces, apples, golden raisins, feta cheese and roasted walnuts

                    Chilled & chopped Caesar salad tossed in our homemade dressing,
          topped with shaved parmesan cheese, homemade croutons & ground pink peppercorns

 Traditional anksgiving Dinner of roasted turkey, sage & chestnut stuffing, buttermilk mashed potatoes,
   maple-glazed spaghetti squash and green beans served with homemade cranberry chutney and gravy

Oven roasted wild salmon layered with our own paparadelle pasta and a duet or Italian sauces, served with
                      tempura ratatouille vegetables and fresh mozzarella cheese

   Vegetarian pasta of homemade fettucine tossed with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, spinach, butternut
                     squash and red onions tossed in a warm herb & garlic vinaigrette

         Chilean sea bass topped with a delicate au poivre butter, served with lobster mashed potatoes,
                                      sauteed spinach and crispy salsify

                       Grilled filet mignon served over railroad potatoes with sauteed spinach,
                                            topped with sauce bearnaise
