Set in 130 acres of stunning countryside, but within easy reach of local
towns and major roads, Nazeing Golf Club is the ideal place to
celebrate your special day.

The tranquil setting with beautiful surroundings and stunning
clubhouse will ensure that you and your guests can enjoy the perfect
wedding reception.

Whether your dream wedding reception is a small intimate dinner,
informal relaxed evening celebration or the full traditional wedding
breakfast with evening reception, Nazeing Golf Club can
accommodate you.

You will also have the added guarantee that your wedding will be the
only one on the day, unlike many other venues.

In addition, our experienced wedding co-ordinator, Joanne Speed,
will be on hand to help you every step of the way, to ensure that your
wedding day is one of the most memorable days of your lives.

                          Room Hire Prices

Room hire prices will vary according to the day of the week and also
the time of year. However, for 2010, we are offering a flat rate of only
£400 to hire the function room. In addition to the hire of the room,
the rate also includes:

Function Manager
White linen tablecloths
White linen napkins
Use of our cake stand & Knife
Free Parking
Bar facilities until 11.30pm


Should you wish to hire the function room for 2011, the cost will be
£500

Minimum number of guests 40 for a sit down meal or 80 for an
evening buffet

Maximum number of Guests:
Three course meal 80
Evening Buffet 180
                 Booking Your Wedding Reception

If you decide that Nazeing Golf Club is the place for your wedding
reception, we recommend you book as soon as possible in order to
avoid disappointment.

A provisional date may be booked without a deposit for a maximum
of 7 days, after which time a deposit of £1,000 will be required to
confirm the booking.

Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive written confirmation of
the initial arrangements and will have access to a wedding
coordinator throughout the lead up to the wedding, to assist with the
arrangements. 4 weeks prior to the wedding, we will require
confirmation of the final wedding arrangements.

Further deposits will then need to be paid before the wedding on the
following basis:

6 months before the wedding -£1,000 to be paid
3 months before the wedding -£1,000 to be paid
1 month before the wedding - Outstanding balance to be paid

      All deposit are non refundable in the event of cancellation
