                                                              Confirmation is an intentional time of faith education and ex-
                                                              ploration during their 6th-8th grade years. This year’s focus of

                                                              the Apostle’s Creed. Confirmation is voluntary and is not a sac-
                                                              rament of the church. Those choosing to participate do so as part
                                                              of our lifelong calling to education and growth in God’s Word.

                                                              Goal: Our goal for Confirmation is to help youth encounter and
                                                              grow in the gospel. A living faith shows through in all aspects of
                                                              our life. We hope to help grow this kind of faith by:

                                                                 •   Supporting the faith development, conversation,
                                                                     and education that has already been happening at
                                                                 •   Equipping youth with a basic understanding of the
                                                                     Bible, the Lutheran Christian heritage, and
