									               Great Indoor Rummage and Tag Sale

The City of Hoover Parks and Recreation Department cordially invites you to participate in this year’s
Rummage and Tag Sale on Saturday, March 27, 2010. The event begins at 8am when the doors open
and concludes at 1 pm when all the goods have been sold.

Please read the following guidelines carefully and complete the enclosed application. Applications will
be considered on a first come, first serve basis and we reserve the right to refuse anyone from
participating in the event.

                                         VENDOR GUIDELINES

       1. A Vendor set up is Friday night March 26 starting at 5 pm. The gym will be secured starting at
          9 pm when the building closes for the night

       2. Each vendor is responsible for his/her own display. Spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’. If
          you need additional space, it can be purchased in advance. We reserve the right to ask
          you to limit your “stuff” to the space you have purchased.

       3. One table (either a 6 ft or round) will be provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing any
          and all supplies and materials needed for the day.

       4. One representative is required to stay at your booth at all times to maintain the
          professionalism of the event. The Hoover Parks and Recreation Department is NOT
          responsible for lost, missing or damaged items.

           Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until the space is full.

We, the undersigned for and in consideration of permission and space to participate in this event, agree to indemnify, hold
harmless and defend the City of Hoover, AL, its officials, representatives, agents, servants, employees volunteers and musical
artist from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, liability and expense, including attorney fees
and litigation expense, in whole or in part arising out of, connected with or in any way associated with my/our activities preparing
for, participating in or departing from the event. I have read and fully understood the above Hold Harmless and Indemnification
