GRAD NITE TICKETS:
   Don't let your Senior miss the party of a lifetime!! CCA GRAD NITE '09 is going
   to be a spectacular all-nite party at CCA. A final chance to share memories & fun
   with fellow graduates! Designed to keep Seniors safe on their Graduation night
   this event features Music- live & DJ, lots of food & beverages, amazing activities,
   Casino, Hypnotist, Raffle (over $1,000 in prizes!) and surprises all nite long!
         Throw your own personal family Graduation party on another night. . . you do NOT
           want your Senior to miss this unbelievable party. . . it will be a lifetime memory!!
   If you haven't purchased your student's ticket yet, do it NOW…ticket prices go up on
   June 1st! Current price $110. . . June 1st they go up to $125! Need some help? . . .
   . . Scholarships are available*. . . we want every Senior to attend GRAD Nite '09!
   Download the FORM on our website and return it with your check (before May 30th) to
   CCA Administration office, or mail it to the CCA Foundation office address at the bottom
   of the form. (*Scholarship requests: see Lori Drury in the Asst. Principal's office. )

   Grad Nite is supported entirely by donations and ticket sales. We need all sorts of items
   to decorate and create ambiance appropriate for this all-nite party. Clear out unused items...
   WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR GARAGE??? Donate it to Grad Nite and get a tax deduction!
   Want it back?? No problem-we gladly accept loans of useful items- you get it back June 13!

MEMORY BOARD FOR MEMORY WALL:
   Your senior's SURPRISE MEMORY BOARD is Due between: April 17th - MAY 1st
   Please pick out a few photos (baby photos to now!) - be creative and embellish! Michael's
   Crafts in Encinitas offers 18"x18" scrapbook cardstock in the Martha Stewart section.
   Turn in your 18" x 18" creation to Diane Fisher in the CCA Administration Office ASAP!
   Having trouble putting it together?? Our Memory Board "pros" will help you on Monday,
   April 13th at 7pm in the Media Center. Bring your "board", photos, embellishments & smile!

GRADUATION:        Friday, June 12th, 1:30pm - RESERVED SEATING & PARKING Available!
   At the 2009 CCA Graduation ceremony there will be free seating & parking available on a
   first come-first serve basis. However, courtesy of our Grad Nite Committee & the CCA Fdn.
   there will also be a limited number of Reserved Seats and Parking spots. These seats
   will be shaded and raised for a better(cooler!) view of the Graduates and will be sold at
    $100 per seat. The parking spaces will sell for $50 each. All proceeds from the sale of
   these seats and spaces will fund our Graduation ceremony & our safe, sober Grad Nite .
   We expect demand to exceed supply, so we are conducting a lottery among graduates'
   families, in an effort to be fair. YOU must submit your entry to be eligible (continued)
Reserved Seating and Parking (continued)
    to have the OPTION to Purchase Reserved Seats or Reserved Parking spots. YOU decide
    after you are drawn if you want to buy - there is no obligation to purchase!!
    To enter: Simply fill out Lottery Ticket (on website), indicating the number of
    Reserved Seats and/or Reserved Parking spaces you would like to purchase - IF YOU ARE
    DRAWN in the lottery!     Return this entry ticket by May 1st to the Administration
    Office, or mail to the CCA Foundation address (at the end of this letter).
    The Lottery winners will be chosen on May 4th, 2009. Those chosen in the Lottery will
    have the option to purchase up to six Reserved Seats at Graduation at a cost of $100 each
    and 1 or 2 reserved parking spaces at a cost of $50 each.

SEE YOUR FACE ON THE BIG SCREEN AT GRAD NITE '09!!
  SENIORS: This is your chance to share your favorite photos & memories with your friends at
    CCA!! Simply choose 12-15 of your favorite shots including your friends & CCA activities;
    email them to our Grad Nite Committee. They will be included in the "FINAL MOMENTS"
    video show at Grad Nite '09! SENIORS must submit their photos before MAY 15TH !

CCA GRADUATES "CAN" GIVE BACK . . . CANNED FOOD DRIVE & MORE!!
    This year we all recognize that the downturn in the economy has affected many families
    throughout San Diego. CCA would like to ask all our Seniors to do one SMALL thing to
    create one LARGE gift to a local FOOD BANK. Seniors who bring two or more cans of food
    to Grad Nite will be rewarded with extra tickets for our $1,000+ Raffle at Grad Nite!!
    Also there will be a special event at Grad Nite that involves all these cans….check it out!!

SENIOR WEEK PASSPORTS or CAP AND GOWN
    If you need to purchase a Senior Week Passport for the various activities during the final
    week of school, contact ASB Director, Erica Williams. Scholarships are available.

       GRAD NITE is an all-volunteer effort by parents to provide a safe and sober environment where
        our Graduating Seniors can relax & celebrate the night of their High School Graduation.
          CCA GRAD NITE '09 is made possible through the efforts and fundraising activities of the
                 Grad Nite Committee. Without their efforts none of this would be possible.
      I would like to thank all of the parents who have donated so generously of their time, money
                and resources as we plan our second Grad Nite at CCA - you have been wonderful!
            I would also like to thank all the members of the Grad Nite Committee, Brian Kohn, Hector
                Gutierrez, and the CCA Foundation for their support this year as we work our way
            toward another fabulous Graduation Ceremony and Grad Nite for Canyon Crest Academy!
