Vendor has read the information sheet for the Holiday Bazaar. Vendor hereby agrees to release,
hold harmless and indemnify the City of Bedford, its employees, officers, agents, and assigns
thereof, from any and all claims, demands, rights of action, or liabilities of any nature, including
personal injury or property damage, which arise out of, or are in any way connected to, the
performance of this event. Vendor is physically and mentally able to participate in the program.
Vendor may be photographed and videotaped while participating in Parks and Recreation
activities, and consent is given for the reproduction of such photos or videos for advertising and
publicity.
