He will also give an overview over other standardised agreements and contracts produced by Oil & Gas UK. 09.55 – 11.00 A Discussion on the Decommissioning Security Agreement Judith Aldersey Williams, Partner, CMS Cameron McKenna LLP Judith had been working with the Decommissioning Security Agreement subcommittee over several years to develop the new Standard Decommissioning Security Agreement. She will explain the new Standard Decommissioning Security Agreement clause-by-clause and provide an insight into all major considerations of the committee and other involved parties. Despite the complexity of the subject matter she will present all major legal aspects associated with Decommissioning Security Agreements and will explain how they have been recognised in the new Standard Decommissioning Security Agreement. 11.00 – 11.30 Coffee and Networking 11.30 – 12.30 Case Study + Discussion - Delegates will be split into groups to consider a hypothetical situation 12.30 – 13.30 Lunch and Networking Delegates will be provided with copies of all the slides presented at the workshop.
