                              Pre-Entrance Exam Test Dates
                     For Admissions into the Spring 2011 Semester or later

Testing Dates: You may register anytime beginning April 12, 2010. Deadline for
registration is April 15, 2010. The test is by appointment only. Please call the
Division Office at 618-468-4401. Office hours are 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.

 A photo ID will be required in order to test.
 Bring a pen or pencil.
 Calculators will be provided by the Nursing Dept.
 $25 charge. Payable the day of the test. Checks made payable to LCCC. Price is
  subject to change.
 Tests are given in the Templin Nursing Building (NU), Room 103.

                 Friday                April 16, 2010
                                       1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

                 Saturday              April 17, 2010
                                       9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

                 Monday                April 19, 2010
                                       1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

                Wednesday              April 21, 2010
                                       5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

There is limited space available for each testing date.

You are allowed to take the pre-entrance exam only one time during this semester and retake once within
a three-year period. This is an online test. You cannot retake the test again until the Fall 2010 semester
(normally October).

NOTE: These testing dates are for students who wish to be considered for admission in January (Spring
semester) of 2011 or later.

The campus Bookstore is carrying a limited number of the Study Guide listed below which may be
helpful in preparing for the Pre-Entrance Exam. The Bookstore does not guarantee to have the Study
