Upon arrival I spoke with the victim who told me that she was a hair stylist and had spent overâ¨two and a half hours styling a customers hair. She said the customer told her that she was not happy with theâ¨way her hair turned out and was refused to pay for it.The Suspect 23 year old female was still on scene. Theâ¨suspect told us she was upset over the way her bangs turned out and didn't think they looked cute, so sheâ¨said she was not willing to pay for the style and also was unwilling to allow the stylist to "fix" her bangs to herâ¨liking as the stylist suggested. The suspect was given a citation for theft and released.
