					                            Saving a PowerPoint
                         Presentation to your iPod
                        Step 1: Creating JPEGS
1. Open your PowerPoint Presentation

2. Go to File > Save As

3. From the Format Drop Down Menu, Choose
   JPEG.

4. Click on the new folder button, give it a name,
   select where you want to save to, click on
   save.

5. This will save each slide as a jpeg file.




        Step 2: Importing JPEGS to iPhoto
1. Open iPhoto

2. Go to File > Import to Library

3. Find the images that you just created.

4. Select all of your images. Click on the 1st
   image, hold down the shift key and click on
   the last image.

5. Click on Import.

  Step 3: Creating a Movie of the JPEGS
1. Open iMovie.

2. Click on the Media Tab and Click on Photos.

3. Find your photos.

4. Click on one of them...the Photo Settings
   Window will pop open.

5. Uncheck the Ken Burns Effect (adds
   motion).

6. Choose the proper zooming and timing with
   the sliders.

7. Drag each image into the clip viewer at the
   bottom of the screen. (The settings that you
   choose will be applied to all the photos.)

8. Click on the Editing Tab to add in titles or
   transitions if needed. (optional)

9. Click on the Media Tab to add in audio.
   (optional)

10. When you are finished, in the Menu bar at the
    top, click on Share > iPod.

11. The presentation will be added into iTunes.

12. Sync your iPod.

                      Saving a Keynote Presentation
                               to your iPod
1. Open your Keynote Presentation

2. Go to File > Export

3. Click on the iPod icon.

4. Choose the settings you want. (how
   long each slide shows, how long the text
   animations show, include the audio you
   have added).

5. Click on next.

6. Choose where to save the file. (The
   default is the movies folder.)

7. Click on export.

8. The movie (.mov) files will be saved and
   automatically added to iTunes.

9. Sync your iPod.
