         Free MBA Legal Technology Expo at the Sheraton Framingham March 20

The Massachusetts Bar Association will hold a complimentary Legal Technology Expo − an all-day
trade show aimed to bring technological innovation to Bay State practitioners.

Three 45-minute technology breakout sessions will explain how to make practices more efficient,
organized and cost-effective. Sessions include:

SESSION II: Compliance with the new privacy regulations
   •    On Jan. 2010, Massachusetts will require any person or organization with access to records containing
        personal information about Massachusetts residents to protect those records. If your organization does
        not have policies in place addressing data protection, security breaches and destruction, they need to be
        prepared and implemented immediately.
