This form will enable you to submit comments and recommendations to AccountAbility and the AA1000SES
Technical Committee. This form should be completed during the event. It should capture the major thoughts
on each issue, even if different stakeholders have different views. Consensus does not have to be reached for
a recommendation to be feedback, but indicating where broad consensus was achieved would be helpful.
