In furtherance of our duties, we have before now sent to you an email on the 30th June, 2008 and we have the same message returned as undelivered. This letter is to finally remind you that both your second and third approved payments of $1,250,000.00 and $3,700,000.00 respectively are now overdue. A total of $4,950,000.00 plus the accrued compound interest of 5% incurred is due on Friday, 11th July, 2008.
In the transfer agreement your lawyer signed with our Telex department, he advised that the transfer be paid off in three payments. The first payment of $1,500,000.00 was released and transferred on the March 7th, 2008 into the following bank account he said you provided to him.
BANK: ADDRESS: ACCOUNT NO: ACCOUNT NAME:
BANCO CUSCATLAN PYRAMID CUSCATLAN, EL-SALVADOR 018-401-00-017235-8 MIRNA ELIZABETH CASTILLO
The second of $1,250,000.00 was due on April 21, 2008, and the final payment of $3,700,000.00 is due on Friday, 11th July, 2008. We have sent several notifications to the lawyer for the subsequent transfer of the rest outstanding payment but to no avail. You have been advised to reconfirm your bank account for subsequent release of the full amount in 72hrs. Also, we suggest that you confirm your new email address and telephone number as we keep receiving failure delivery notification in our email box.
Failure to adhere to this instruction on time will affect your ability to receive your payment indefinitely. If you want to discuss your account, call me at 0022 993 186 922. Perhaps we can arrange a more comfortable payment plan.
Thank you for your immediate attention. Sincerely,
Mr. Gorge Williams Credit Manager
