Three ways to add links
Drag and Drop using Point to File button Browse for file Type URL into Properties area
Change Link Color
Right click somewhere on page background > Page Properties
Add Link to a graphic
Select graphic > Add
Select “target_parent” to Open in new window Remove Border (border=0) Add a Link to somewhere on the same page
Common Tab > “Named Anchor” button (anchor icon)
Add an Email Link
Common Tab > Email Link button (Envelope Icon)
Creating an Image Map
Use Hot Spot tool to select areas of your image and then specify links for each “hot spot”
Tables vs. Layers
Tables = browser compatibility Layers = flexible positioning (only with major browser versions 4.0 and up)
Insert a Table
Insert menu > Table Common Tab > Table button Table Tab > Table button
