MTO Program

Bank Alfalah’s management Trainee Program is a dynamic path to launch a fast- track
banking care. The program provides high quality training and development to MTO’s
who are then placed into one of many branches of the Bank across Pakistan. Eligibility
criteria: MBA or Masters Degree w/ 3.0 GPA or higher from an HEC recognized
institution and an age limit of 26 years.

Operation officer’s batch

Joining the Bank Alfalah Operation Officers Batch is a sure way to get involved in
various day-to-day consumer banking activities of the Bank such as: account opening,
remittances, collections, clearing, government securities, lockers, etc. this position
includes an intense 4-week training program designed to teach officers how to manage
the above mentioned areas. Eligibility criteria: Graduate/post Graduate Degree with 1st or
2nd division from an HEC recognized institution, excellent communication skills, and an
age limit of 24 years.

Cash Officer’s batch

Joining the bank alfalah operation officers batch leads to the front line and responsible
position of cash officer at the banks branches. A 4-week training is provided to COs
before they are posted to various branches of bank alfalah across Pakistan. Eligibility
criteria: graduation from an HEC recognized institution, good communication /
interpersonal skills, and an age limit of 24 years.

Training & development Program

Bank Alfalah’s management believes in developing the potential of the Bank’s

custom-built, state of the art facility on the 4th floor of the Head Office building at
Karachi. The centre is responsible for providing multi-level high quality training
