      • 1 tour manager
      • 1 technical director
      • 1 stage manager
      • 1 head of lighting / operator
      • 1 head of sound / operator
      • 1 props/costumes/wigs manager

The director’s agent, the performer’s agents and the company’s agents and producer may join the touring
crew from time to time.

2. Venue / Seating
      • Frontal seating is required

      • Sound control position must be in the audience, centre stage. Control booth and balcony
           positions will not be accepted.

      • In industrial or warehouse-type venues, an appropriate stage needs to be built from platforms
to compensate for the absence of a higher stage. If this type of stage needs to be built, it
must meet all of the Company’s requirements and should done prior to the Company’s arrival.

3. Stage requirements
** Under no circumstances will the Company perform on a concrete stage, or on a stage surface
directly atop concrete. **

      • The stage must be a smooth, straight and levelled sprung dance floor.
All holes and cracks must be filled.

      • The entire performance space must be covered with a clean black dance floor (provided by
the Presenter). The installation of the dance floor should be done in such a fashion that the
seams are the least visible and covered with an appropriate black PVC tape.

      • The wing space and crossover must be covered with clean black carpets.

      • The entire stage surface must be swept and the performance space must be mopped
approximately 45 minutes before every rehearsal and/or performance or when asked by the
           technical director.

      • Raked stages need to be studied prior to approval.

    • A proscenium arch is required. In industrial or warehouse-type venues, appropriate masking
may compensate for the absence of a proscenium arch, (masking should be hung prior to the
         Company’s arrival).

         Venue’s minimum proscenium arch opening:

         Width: 40’-0” (12200mm)
